Our rental rate is the same for ALL parties and celebrations. We welcome...Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Gender Reveal Parties, Sweet 16 Birthday Parties, 90th Birthday Parties, Celebration of Life Parties, Baby Showers, Wedding Showers, and Couple Showers. We do it all! A wedding reception has its own pricing under the Wedding/Reception page. No exceptions.
THE BARN Our entry room features: a sign in table, a 10 ft. food service table, a gift/card receiving table, cold drink station, 2) 2 gallon drink dispensers, complimentary coffee and 30 coffee mugs. Our barn has a restroom. Our dining room features: round table and chair seating for 100. All 14 round tables come with a white cotton tablecloth on them and a centerpiece. also, a covered back deck is attached to the barn. The deck features: 20 barstools, a food/drink ledge, room for a small band, DJ, and dancing. String light adorn the inside of the barn and throughout the outside of the property.
Alcohol is permitted by adults that have reached the legal age for drinking.
1 hour set up prior to the event: FREE
2 hour rental of the venue: $350.
30 mins. to load up/sweep: FREE
Additional hours are $175. per hr.
A minimal amount of cleaning is required by the renter: sweeping interior of the barn, and cleaning food service table.
A $100. Non-Refundable deposit secures your party day and times. That deposit IS then subtracted from your balance. The balance is due when you arrive to set-up for your event.
When leaving the barn and facility clean, as you found it when you arrived, you are welcome to return for future events.
