8 Hour Exclusive Use of Venue

If available, extra hours can be added at $250. 

Likewise, if not wanting/needing all 8 hours, hours can be subtracted at $250. per hour.

If serving alcohol, there is a $ 100. fee.
                                    
         Plus a $ 50. per hour security fee for alcohol- during reception only

Your $300. deposit (which is
NOT an extra fee) secures your Wedding Day.

Rental Fee Includes:


Engagement Photo Site: 10 luscious, wooded acres
Use of 2 story Bridal Home
On-site coordinated parking
Use of any décor in On-site décor room
Venue sets up and tears down all tables and chairs
Ceremony Site: Custom wooden arbor, 30' white satin drape,
Up to 150 wedding chairs for guests, free set-up of chairs for wedding ceremony, double "First-Look" doors, Globe string lights throughout property, and complimentary parking attendants.

Reception Site:  Up to 10 6' rectangle tables, free set-up of tables for reception, Up to 10 white, cotton tablecloths for reception tables.

Barn Venue: Barn has a food service room that includes an 8 ft. food serving table with 8 plug ins, a sign-in table, a gift receiving table, a cold drink station featuring 3) 2 gallon glass drinking dispensers, a coffee pot that remains full along with up to 30 ceramic coffee mugs, a décor closet, a restroom, and heat and air conditioning. The barn also features a dining room with table and chair seating for 100. Each table has a white cotton tablecloth on it and a cotton centerpiece. When the dining room barn doors are open you can access a covered back porch with 25 bar stools, a food ledge and room for a DJ or small band and dancing.

Misc. Info.: Loud music must be turned down at 9:00pm
Renter Clean-up includes: taking all of the items home that you brought, returning any items that you borrowed from the décor closet- back to the decor closet, sweeping the barn floors (brooms are in closet), and wiping off the 8' food service table. Clean-up usually takes 20-30 minutes. You will want to plan that time slot into your rented time frame.
