Same Rate Any Day of the Week
8 Hours Exclusive Use of Venue
Up to 150 guests max
A guest is anyone who does not reside on the property. This includes vendors, band members, DJ's and Officiant.

$3,800.
If available, extra hours can be added at $250. 

If serving alcohol, there is a $ 100. venue fee.
                                    
  A $65. per hour security fee during entire Reception,
whether alcohol is on property, or not. No exceptions.
3 hour Reception minimum is required.

Your $300. non-refundable deposit (which is
NOT an extra fee) secures your Wedding Day.
Rental Fee Includes:

Engagement Photo Site: 1 hour free
Photo hour is not transferrable.
10 luscious, wooded acres
Use of 2 story Bridal Home
On-site coordinated parking
Use of any décor in On-site décor room
Venue sets up and tears down all tables and chairs
Ceremony Site: Choice of 3 Custom wooden arbors, 30' white satin drape,
Up to 150 wedding chairs for guests, free set-up of chairs for wedding ceremony, double "First-Look" doors, Globe string lights throughout property, and complimentary parking attendants.

Barn Venue: Barn has a food service room that includes an 11 ft. food serving table with 6 plug ins, a sign-in table, a 9 ft. gift receiving table, a cold drink station featuring 3) 2 gallon glass drinking dispensers, a coffee pot that remains full along with a décor closet, a restroom, and heat and air conditioning. The barn also features a dining room with table and chair seating for 85. Each table has a white cotton tablecloth on it and a centerpiece. When the dining room barn doors are open you can access a covered back porch with 16 bar stools, a food ledge and room for a DJ or small band and dancing.
Misc. Info.: Loud music must be turned down at 9:00pm
Renter Clean-up includes: taking all of the items home that you brought, returning any items that you borrowed from the décor closet- back to the decor closet, sweeping the barn floors (brooms are in closet), and wiping off the 8' food service table. Clean-up usually takes 30 minutes. You will want to plan that time slot into your rented time frame.
